- Do my clients need an app?
- No. They book on your page in any browser and get emails with a link to confirm or cancel. Nothing to download.
- Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?
- Yes. Choose whether online bookings confirm straight away or wait for your OK. Requests still hold the time so nobody else can take it.
- Does it work for mobile groomers?
- Yes. Turn on mobile mode and clients give their address, gate code and parking notes when they book.
- Which vaccines can I require?
- Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. Clients add the expiry date and upload the certificate. If it will have expired by the appointment, they can't book until they upload a current one.
- Can I price by breed or coat, not just size?
- Yes. Set prices and times for small to extra-large dogs, then add rules for a breed or coat, like doodles or double coats.
- What if two people book the same time?
- Only one gets it. Times are checked on our server the moment someone books, so you never get a double booking.
